Please read these before creating an account. They explain what Zafo Tutor is for, how credits work, and what you are responsible for when using the app.
Using Zafo Tutor
Zafo Tutor helps you turn topics, files, and study prompts into notes, quizzes, flashcards, and Q&A. Use it as a study assistant, not as your only source of truth.
AI-generated study material
AI-generated study material can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for checking generated notes, flashcards, quizzes, and Q&A against your official study materials, teacher instructions, course requirements, and exam rules. Zafo Tutor is not responsible for grades, exam results, academic decisions, or other outcomes caused by relying on AI output.
Your uploads and user content
Only upload material you are allowed to use. By submitting text, files, PDFs, prompts, or other content, you confirm that you own it, have permission to use it, or have another legal right to process it through Zafo Tutor. Do not upload copyrighted textbooks, paid course packs, exams, answer keys, or other protected material unless you have the rights to do so.
Credits and payments
Credits are a digital utility balance used only inside Zafo Tutor to generate or unlock study material. Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money, or used outside Zafo Tutor, and are not a stored-value currency or financial product.
Credit purchases and final sales
All credit purchases are final once processed. Credits are consumed when a generation or unlock request is started. If a generation fails because of a server, payment verification, or AI processing error, Zafo Tutor may automatically restore the affected credits. Except where required by law, unused or used credits are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact support first so we can review it. Filing a bank chargeback or payment dispute for a valid completed purchase may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, removal of access to purchased credits, and blocking of future purchases.
Credit expiration
Unless a purchase screen states a different period, purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Promotional, bonus, or free credits may expire earlier or be removed if abused.
Account responsibility
Keep your login details safe. Zafo Tutor uses an authentication provider for sign-in and password handling.
Security and fraud prevention
Zafo Tutor and its trusted providers may process device, browser, IP address, approximate location, and login security information to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and keep payments reliable.
DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe content in Zafo Tutor infringes your copyright, contact us with a copyright notice that includes your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or restrict content and accounts that violate copyright rules.
